Passion for realizing strategies and integrating companies. 16 years ago I got to know the Integral Management way of working, that supports all kinds of organizations to over time become self-organizing. This in turn is creating great value both in financial earnings but also in form of motivation and wellbeing of the co-workers. I myself have used this way of working in my own leadership positions, meaning I have seen hands on what happen in an organization when you start to set the forces free. With that said I have also know what it takes to transform a classical command and control way of leading to one that aims for self-organization.
