Dad, Hiker, Cyclist, Skiier, Climber, Agile Coach, Consultant, Life-Hacker, Physicist, QA Lead, Head of DevOps, Test Manager, … – Just a few of the titles Mike has been labelled with over the years.
Mike has always had a passion for helping organisations work better – over the years while the definition of “better” has changed, the central principle hasn’t: it’s all about people, not processes and not tools.
Mike has worked both as a manager leading departments through change and as a coach and consultant. After a particularly tough experience as a line manager co-leading an Agile transformation, Mike got back on his feet and decided to dedicate the next years to helping others avoid the same traps he experienced.
He is now Swiss Country Head and Lead for Agile Services at the Trestle Group and an active Agile Coach.
